We developed the visual identity for Meeth & Nawas with the aim of creating a brand that brings together the authenticity and cultural character of Al-Ahsa with a contemporary presence suited to today’s market.
We began by exploring the region’s visual heritage, drawing inspiration for the symbol from the letterforms of the ancient Musnad script, as well as the decorative motifs and architectural compositions found throughout Al-Ahsa’s traditional buildings.
The wordmark was designed to convey strength and balance, incorporating sharper, more contemporary forms to create a distinctive connection between heritage and modernity.
Because a strong identity goes beyond the logo, we developed a comprehensive and scalable visual system encompassing colour, typography, patterns, brand applications, and packaging design.
The identity was created with flexibility in mind, allowing the symbol to be used as a complete mark or deconstructed into individual letterforms and graphic elements to create a wide range of applications while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
The result is an identity that clearly carries the story and character of its origins without feeling traditional, giving Meeth & Nawas a distinctive visual foundation that can continue to evolve across every brand touchpoint.
